This Privacy Policy explains what Open Channel Media LLC ("we", "us"), which operates MT4 Indicator Central (mt4indicatorcentral.com), collects when you use this website, and how we use it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Who we are

The site is operated by Open Channel Media LLC, 1712 Pioneer Ave, Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001. You can reach us at support@mt4indicatorcentral.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, and only that, when you choose to opt in to download a tool. Submitting the form records your consent and the time and IP address of that consent, as a record that you asked to receive our emails.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, records ordinary technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Approximate country. To show region-appropriate content, a small script in your browser calls a third-party geo-IP service, ipapi.co, which receives your IP address to return your country. We do not store the result.

How we use it

We use your email only to deliver the tool you requested and to send occasional related MetaTrader 4 tips and updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent or share your email address.

Email delivery (GetResponse)

We use GetResponse, an email service provider, to store our subscriber list and send our emails. When you opt in, your email address and consent record are processed and stored by GetResponse on our behalf. See GetResponse's own privacy policy for how they handle data.

Third parties who may receive data

  • Hostinger (web hosting), which processes the server-log data described above.
  • GetResponse (email), which stores your email address and consent record.
  • ipapi.co (geo-IP lookup), which receives your IP address from your browser to return an approximate country.

We do not run advertising trackers, and the site does not currently load an analytics tag. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy and the cookie policy to name the provider before it goes live.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or contact us at support@mt4indicatorcentral.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
